Tenant FAQ


  • Applying For a Home

    You can apply online through our website. Once you have found the home you wish to apply for, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the rental listing page. You will be prompted to pay your application fee via credit card. We will follow up with you once we have reviewed your application.

  • Maintenance Requests

    Did you know you can now submit maintenance requests online?

    Please log in to your tenant portal to submit a maintenance request

  • Emergency Request

    An emergency is categorized under the following. Fire, Flood, Blood, or immediate damage to property. The Listing considers the following issues emergencies


    • No electricity 
    • No Water 
    • No air conditioning when the sustained outside temperature is above 93 degrees for an extended period of time.
    • Toilet not working (one-bathroom homes only) 
    • Flooding or extensive leaks (shut off water supply line immediately.) 
    • Refrigerator Inoperable 
    • Fire, Blood, Burglary, or Robbery (immediately call 911)

  • Building Credit

    In addition to avoiding late fees, you can actually build your credit by paying your rent on time! By reporting your payment history to Experian RentBureau, we can help you reap the rewards of getting your rent to us by the 1st.


  • Communication

    Business hours are M-F, 9a-5p.



    Call 911 for any situation which would seriously affect the life, health, safety, or security of a person and/or property.



    All repair/maintenance requests should be sent using the "maintenance" section of your tenant portal.

  • Rent Payments

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month.


    The preferred method of payment is through your tenant portal. You can also send a check to:

    Auto Pay is available through your tenant portal.

  • Lease & Renewals

    Your lease is available through your tenant portal.



    Renewal offers will be completed through your online portal.
